I agree with the statement that Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers due to the aging population and globalization.

Firstly, we are facing a lack of workforce because of the aging society and lower birthrates.  It leads to a declining in the economy and collapsing the current pension system.  Hiring workers from other countries can solve the issue.  A growing number of firms have been relying on foreign workers since the enforcement of the newly-enacted law in April 2019, which allows foreigners to work in Japan easier.

Secondly, globalization can be beneficial for boosting productivities.  For example, a major construction company has gained a lot of advantages thanks to a variety of nationalities with different views working for the company.  Japanese workers realize through diverse ways of thinking, and they achieve a significant breakthrough.

In conclusion, it is recommended that more people with different cultures become engaged in Japanese enterprises. (They provide our nation with the better economy as a whole.)
